In 2010, Marinas Performance delivered a compact pontoon jetty for the Royal Amwaj development on Palm Jumeirah, providing a practical and discreet marine access point within one of Dubai’s most recognisable waterfront communities. The project required a small footprint structure that would serve local vessel movements while blending seamlessly with the surrounding premium environment.
The installation comprises a total pontoon area of thirty square metres, supported by a stable mooring arrangement designed to perform reliably in the lagoon conditions of Palm Jumeirah. The pontoon offers safe access for small craft, with a durable deck surface and a lightweight aluminium gangway providing a comfortable transition between land and water.
Although modest in scale, the jetty plays an important role in local circulation, supporting water based activities for residents and guests of the Royal Amwaj precinct. Its structural integrity, long term materials and careful positioning ensure consistent performance with minimal visual impact.
