Their five sided reinforced concrete structure provides superior stability, improved load distribution and exceptional resistance to impact, abrasion and harsh marine conditions.

Technical Specifications

Superior Mega Elite™ Pontoons are constructed using 50 MPa watertight reinforced concrete, enhanced with plastic fibres and corrosion inhibitors to improve durability and structural performance in harsh marine environments.

Reinforcement is provided by 50 MPa hot dip galvanised steel, stainless steel, or composite bars. These materials deliver high tensile strength and long term resistance to corrosion, even under continuous marine exposure.

Each pontoon contains an expanded polystyrene core with a density of 15 kg/m³. This core ensures consistent flotation, balanced load distribution and reliable stability throughout the life of the structure.

A durable elastomeric coating system is applied to all exposed polystyrene surfaces. This protection minimises abrasion, enhances impact resistance and reduces the accumulation of marine growth.

Available accessories include fenders, mooring bollards and other essential hardware. All components are manufactured from marine grade materials such as AISI 316L stainless steel to ensure long term performance.

Superior Mega Elite™ Pontoons are available with a maximum width of 6.0 m, a maximum length of 20.0 m and a maximum height of 1.5 m. Freeboard ranges from 0.5 to 0.7 m, with usable net capacity between 5 and 7 kN/m².
