Marinas Performance delivered the pontoon works for the Dubai Offshore Sailing Yacht Club, supporting one of the city’s most active sailing communities. The project required a durable and functional floating system capable of serving a wide range of sailing vessels while maintaining ease of access for daily club operations, training activities and competitive events.

The installation included heavy duty concrete pontoons engineered for long term performance in Dubai’s coastal environment. The pontoons provide stable berthing for sailing craft, tenders and support vessels, with reinforced structures designed to handle continuous use, vessel movement and frequent transitions between water levels. The clean deck layout allows safe circulation for club members and visiting crews.

Access to the pontoons is provided through custom aluminium gangways, designed with comfortable gradients and non slip deck surfaces to ensure safe movement in both calm and variable tidal conditions. Integrated fendering, cleats and service points support the practical needs of sailing teams and instructors.

The project also involved the careful positioning and installation of individual pontoon units, achieved through coordinated lifting and alignment to ensure precise fit and secure mooring. The completed system enhances both the functionality and appearance of the club’s waterfront, providing a reliable foundation for sailing activities throughout the year.
