A highly versatile marine and civil engineering professional with nearly two decades of experience in the UAE construction industry since 2006, he has worked with several leading regional and international companies, building a strong reputation in complex infrastructure delivery. His expertise is firmly centered on marine engineering, with particular focus on heavy-duty pontoon structures, including floating concrete pontoons, breakwater pontoons, floating breakwater systems, and marine causeways, as well as broader marina and coastal works. Across his career, he has contributed to the full project lifecycle-covering design coordination, tendering, construction, contract and commercial management - while playing a key role in developing and scaling organizations into diversified marine and civil solution providers capable of delivering integrated, high-performance projects within the UAE and Gulf market.Jess Ryan Rocabo

With more than 10 years of experience in the marina construction industry across the UAE, he specialises in the design of marina layouts aligned with international standards.
